Today we received our departure date.
We will be jetting off next Tuesday afternoon and arriving in Port Vila in the evening.
It's all very exciting but there is now a lot to get done in the next 5 days...

The next time you hear from us we will be in Vanuatu!

After attending the training for my placement in Adelaide I've come home to start packing up the house. Discussing the possible departure dates with the organisers made the impending project we are about to undertake in Nikaura, Epi in Vanuatu feel 'real'.

In addition, today we received an email from our in-country manager with a photo of our accommodation attached:

Now we can really see where we're heading!
And the count down to the first week of May continues....
